Hampstead Pied-a-Terre
This beautiful North West London apartment was a second home for our Israel based client, and had already been modernised prior to him moving in 8 years previously. In this phase we replaced the flooring with a smoked oak herring bone, and replaced all of the furniture and window treatments throughout. New kitchen door fronts as well as a marble and bronze kitchen island gave the space a contemporary but timeless appeal.
Overall, the brief for this apartment was to give it a cool contemporary aesthetic, and we achieved this by introducing tactile organic surfaces such as marble, different wood tones and sumptuous fabrics, while keeping things quite paired back. By adding original artwork and a carefully selected range of accessories, we brought character and interest to the space, and upon handover the client was thrilled.
