Kathryn and her husband spent 9 months renovating their home based in North West London, adding a back and side extension as well as converting the loft space into a guest suite. The style reflects Kathryn's love of mixing a contemporary scheme with classic design elements to create a modern and characterful home.

Richmond

This was a stage to sell project, whereby the brief was to allocate most of the budget to items that the client could take with him to his next home, while trying to minimise spending on larger items that might restrict any future schemes. Upon completion the client received 3 offers within 2 weeks.

Barnes

This was a 6 month renovation of a family home involving a back and side extension & loft conversion. Working closely with the builder, we remodeled the interior architecture to create a contemporary flow to the house, and included lots of bespoke joinery and storage; perfect for modern family living.
